Eat to Thrive
This book was created as a way to help celebrate glorious plant-based whole foods. It is to help you understand that the body needs to eat properly from the wonders of nature. It needs to be fed a good dose of natural whole foods daily. I promote a plant-based way of eating as I have seen and felt the amazing wonders it does for health in the mind and body, general satisfaction of food, how it supports fitness, health and body composition, how it supports kindness to animals on this planet and how it affects compassion, love and happiness in this crazy big life. Plants are simple, easy, tasty and affordable.
I love food; and this is something I wish to share with you. Food is more than just fuel and it is more than just enjoyment. Food should be celebrated as it is something that makes us live, survive and thrive. Eating well is a great way to enjoy the wonders of life. By learning to nourish the body properly you will understand the importance of how it can benefit many factors in life. You want to eat nutrients AND calories, both are important. Our body needs nutrients to feel healthy and amazing, our body needs calories to feel healthy, amazing, energised and achieve the goals you desire. Deprivation in nutrients and calories is not the answer.
In Eat to Thrive there are 70 recipes which can be used for any meal and are very simple to create. I would like to motivate and inspire you to eat simply delicious healthy food and feel amazing from deep within.
